Even so I made a folder inside that folder called "STEAM" and changed the directory to there inside the Manage Projects window.
It appears to have chosen my folder "D:\Game Development" though I don't recall setting that, perhaps I did. Though i do have a question as far as the directory where the files are saved to. Well I got the steam version and now I can easily download this stuff.
